If you believe we are processing your personal data unlawfully and have not been able to resolve it with us directly, you can lodge a complaint with IMY. The same right is granted to all EU residents under GDPR Art. 77.

Online dispute resolution (EU)

Per EU Regulation 524/2013, the European Commission provides an Online Dispute Resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are not currently obliged to participate in alternative dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer-arbitration body, but we'll respond to any direct complaint.
