By creating an account or using VitaLog, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the service.
VitaLog is a personal health-tracking tool for educational and harm-reduction purposes. It is not a medical device, and no content within VitaLog constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
VitaLog does not provide medical advice. All compound data, dosage calculators, interaction warnings, and health metrics are for informational purposes only. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting, changing, or stopping any health-related protocol. You assume all risk for decisions made based on information in VitaLog.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use VitaLog. By using this service, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your account with others. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
You agree not to: (a) use VitaLog for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or its underlying infrastructure; (c) upload malicious code or content; (d) misuse community features (reviews, food submissions) by posting false, harmful, or deceptive information; (e) use automated tools to scrape or bulk-access the service.
You retain full ownership of all data you enter into VitaLog. We do not sell your personal data. You may export or permanently delete your data at any time via Settings.
VitaLog is currently in beta. Features may change, data formats may evolve, and the service may experience downtime. We provide the service "as is" without warranty of any kind. We will make reasonable efforts to preserve your data, but we recommend keeping local exports.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VitaLog and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including any health outcomes resulting from information provided within the app.
We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms. You may permanently delete your account at any time via Settings → Account → Delete Account. Deletion removes all associated data within 30 days.
These Terms are governed by the laws of [JURISDICTION — e.g. "England and Wales" or "the State of Delaware, USA"]. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be communicated via the app.
